It will have two discussion tables, in which it will bring together a total of six entities attached to the network and whose projects have been selected as good practices by favoring inclusion and improving employability in rural areas.
The event proposes sharing trends in social and labor insertion in rural communities, not only as an opportunity to discover innovative ideas in Europe, but also to find joint solutions. to challenges that affect employment in these areas and consider their replicability. Population fixation will help generate opportunities for social inclusion and job placement, as well as being an important solution to the demographic challenge in rural Europe.
The event on May 30, which will be held between 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., will be broadcast in Spanish with simultaneous translation into English, will begin with a presentation by those responsible for the project at Fundacion Santa Maria la Real and will continue with two discussion tables that will present good practices in rural Europe.
Three Spanish entities participate at the first table: Fundación Cepaim, with its project "Nuevos Senderos", which promotes the social and labor insertion of immigrant family units; El Llanero Solidario and “Germina Empleo”, their training in agroecology techniques; and Como una Cabra that with "VETgoesRURAL" seeks to improve professional training in isolated rural areas.
The second table will be attended by Cesie (Italy) and her project "InnovAgroWoMed", which promotes the entrepreneurial spirit of women in the agri-food sector; Legambiente (Italy) will present “Distrituto Economia Civile”, focused on advising rural social agents to become engines of development; and LAG Agrolider (North Macedonia) will talk about his idea "Youth Employment Initiative", which provides young people with skills to better integrate into society and the labor market.
